Introduction

I am an artist and art therapist aiming to promote creativity as a means of healing, post-traumatic growth, supporting the authentic self within, and finding identity alignment. We can use the ancient and ancestral creative processes to connect ourselves with our intuition and build capacity for more expansion and aliveness. No visual art experience or expertise is required for art therapy to be a helpful modality. I have been trained in Shamanic Reiki I/II and those practices influence my somatic work with clients. I am trained in the interpretation and reading of Tarot and welcome interested clients to ask about how cards can be a part of your expressive therapy experience.
