I am passionate about helping adults and couples find the healing they deserve. My experience includes working with couples who would like to heal from relational traumas such as infidelity, couples who are trying to rekindle their connection, couples navigating post partum support, and more. With individuals, I see how we often misinterpret anger, tears, social isolation, or other maladaptive behaviors as signals of being broken. Please hear me when I say: you are not broken. My goal is to support you in recovering from trauma by shrinking your inner critic that developed as a result of trauma, and helping you find self-compassion to embrace the healing you deserve. I utilize a blend of Relational-Cultural Theory, Emotion-Focused Therapy, and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy to guide clients in their healing journey. I also offer EMDR therapy for clients that are interested in it.
