With over 16 years of experience in the mental health field, I can help you to work through relational issues, grief and loss, acculturation challenges and stress, as well as struggles with depression, anxiety or self-esteem. Together we can navigate significant life changes or events, your search for identity, meaning and sense of belonging, while exploring your concerns, fears, hopes and aspirations in a safe place. I understand how hard it can be to reach out for help in the midst of a struggle.
