Introduction

I work with primarily adults and couples but have experience working with individuals across all ages. I approach therapy with a trauma-informed perspective, taking into account all aspects of the past that contribute to where we are today. I have experience in working with a variety of issues including depression, anxiety, mood disorders, personality disorders, grief/bereavement, relationship issues, SMI, suicidal ideation, PTSD, military-related stressors, aging related concerns, and crisis situations. My goal is to create a safe space to address whatever your stressors and struggles may be. Reaching out for help can be such a big step that I want to honor and recognize.
