Introduction

Do you ever feel so frustrated at how stuck you are in a pattern? Or feel so overwhelmed by life it's like you are drowning? Sometimes you just want to shut it all out and get away. I help clients explore hurts and wounds in order to find new ways to address faulty patterns and issues. I like to think of the body as a big ole' jumble of anatomy, thoughts, emotions, and past experiences. Sometimes these parts get messy and creates big tangles in our lives. I like to use more than just words to untangle these knots. Getting out of our thinking brain and engaging our bodies, emotions, and experiences can create new pathways for healing. If you are artistic, creative, experiential, or adventurous, this is for you! You are a one-of-a-kind person; your therapy can be too. Join me as we untangle these knots and challenges together.
