As a neurodiverse multiracial queer individual, I have often reflected on my understanding of self and my relationship to community. I recognize that there are few spaces for individuals with marginalized identities that are safe for exploration and processing, and I work to create a non-judgmental space for people to feel seen and supported. I believe that therapy is a collaborative space for individuals to develop their own stories through exploration and healing. My clinical approach is client-focused, centers on empowerment and social justice, somatic awareness, and trauma. I utilize Narrative Therapy and ACT to build self-compassion and a values-driven life. I have experience with systemic oppression, identity development, trauma, relational issues, ADHD, autism, neurodivergence, LGBTQ+ issues, gender-affirming care, depression, anxiety, substance use, and self-esteem. My clients describe me as warm, direct, and thoughtful. Taking the first step in your mental health journey by finding a therapist can feel scary and confusing. I would be honored to be a part of your journey in owning and defining your story and living a life that is authentic to you and your values.
