Mental health is something we all have in common. I believe no matter where you may be at in your journey, therapy can be beneficial. Seeking support does not have to feel stigmatized or old-fashioned. I aim to provide a fresh, authentic approach to the therapeutic process. I use my education, experience, and training to teach coping skills in order to build a greater quality of life. My approach to therapy is holistic, strongly rooted in mindfulness, and empowerment. I believe building a strong therapeutic relationship, helps to bring transformation. My practice is informed by a variety of interventions, and evidence-based techniques, specifically tailored to each individuals' needs.
