Introduction

As a Licensed Social Worker, I am dedicated to helping women become their best selves. My work as a therapist is rooted in Social Justice and Equity and approaching our work together from a holistic lens. I work collaboratively with my clients and understand that you are the expert of your own experiences. I believe that mental health is not isolated and all aspects of health contribute to our overall wellbeing. The evidence-based treatments that I utilize include Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solutions-Focused Therapy (SFT), and Trauma-Informed Care, among others. I have expertise in trauma, anxiety, depression, stress and women’s issues. Our work will be collaborative and transparent with a strength based and trauma-informed approach. In our work together you can expect a warm and empathetic approach with a focus on wellness. As an Indigenous Feminist, it is my philosophy that therapy and life are journeys, you determine where you want to go and how you get there. It is my job as a therapist to be your guide not to fix. You are not broken, you are just figuring out how to be whole.
