I work with children ages 4 and up (as well as teens and adults) to explore what’s going on beneath the surface and build skills for emotional regulation, connection, and confidence. My style is warm, collaborative, and non-judgmental. I believe therapy works best when we work together as a team—honoring you or your child's unique strengths and your insight. I incorporate evidence-based approaches like CBT, narrative therapy, art therapy techniques, and play therapy techniques to help clients make sense of their experiences and grow in meaningful ways. I hold a Master of Science degree from the University of Nebraska-Omaha and am a Temporary Licensed Mental Health Counselor (T-LMHC) in the state of Iowa. Whether we’re managing behaviors, working on attention challenges, or building coping skills, I create a safe and supportive space where growth can happen. Let’s talk about how I can support you or your child as you take the next step toward healing and hope.
