Hi! I'm Madeline and I'm glad you’re here. Imagine you're climbing a mountain, a journey you thought would be relatively doable, but you’ve found it's much steeper and longer than you expected. When you look around it seems everyone else is more prepared or better at this than you. You're determined to keep going, but you also find you're carrying a large backpack that's started weighing on you, and you're not sure how much farther you can go like this. If this sounds like you, and you’re looking for a safe place to finally put that heavy weight down, find some rest, discover hope and joy in life, I’m the therapist for you. In my practice I use a client-centered approach, Cognitive Behavioral (CBT) and Experiential Therapy techniques, and a trauma-informed lens. I’m passionate about helping women and girls find peace and find their voice through learning about communication, relationships, boundaries, self-esteem, and ways to help manage general and social anxiety. If you're interested in setting down the weights you carry and finding peace and joy in your life again, I encourage you to reach out! I cultivate a safe space for each of my clients that can hold whatever you bring with you, so we can face the mountain together.
