We are all deserving of compassionate support. As a therapist who believes in the power of healing and growth, I am here to walk alongside you. I specialize in treating anxiety, mood disorders and trauma across the lifespan. I have particular interest in supporting parents of children presenting with behavioral challenges, as well as teens, young adults and adults experiencing life transitions and resulting emotional challenges. I am a licensed clinical social worker (LCSW) trained at Columbia University and bring over 14 years of expertise and knowledge to my practice. I utilize my training in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and weave in my training in Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT) and Parent Child Interactive Therapy (PCIT), to empower individuals to develop healthy coping mechanisms, navigate challenges, and achieve personal growth. I am committed to making space for exploring intersecting identities and their impact on mental wellness. I offer therapy services in both English and Spanish.
