Introduction
I love to work with women in their 20s, post-college grads navigating early adulthood, new or expecting moms, adults struggling with infertility, and anyone going through grief, loss, or big transitions. My clients come to therapy because they’re having a tough time in their current season–maybe they’re struggling after a significant loss, trying to start a family, feeling sad or worried about their new baby, or trying to establish who they are and what they want out of life after college. We’ll work together to heal from postpartum depression and anxiety, come to terms with loss and change, gain insight about how your past impacts your present, work towards your important life goals, and find more joy in your days along the way.
