Introduction

I believe in a collaborative, individualized approach to therapy where clients have the space and support to explore new approaches to mental health through examination of personal values and identities, development of mindful coping techniques, and integration of positive core-beliefs into daily life. I use an eclectic approach to therapy, combining person-centered counseling, existential therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, and EMDR to help my clients achieve their mental health goals.
