Introduction

I offer therapy, with a specialty in sex therapy, to individuals and couples struggling with anxiety, sexual self-esteem, body image issues, arousal issues, and more. I engage clients using an insight-oriented, psychodynamic approach, incorporating techniques from CBT, IFS, and mindfulness.
