Introduction

I started my career in the community mental health world, then moved to hospital social work for several years. Across those settings, I've always loved working with the LGBTQIA+ community the best. Since starting in private practice in the fall of 2021, I have been honored to work alongside clients exploring sexuality, gender, navigating life's transitions, and managing anxiety disorders. My clients would describe me as direct and empathetic. I treat everyone I work with as the expert on their own experience, and I place a lot of value on clients' feedback on our work together. I also strongly believe in the power of humor as a coping mechanism, and promise to introduce a little levity where we can.
