Many adolescents and adults struggle to find their bearings and feel confident. And best of all -- treat yourself as a friend. I integrate several approaches from compassion centered, somatic, cognitive behavioral, and existential theories. With a strong grounding in multicultural and systems-based counseling, I prioritize the client's lived experience. I have worked in both inpatient and outpatient clinics, forensic settings, as well as community based mental health. I believe that everyone has the right to pursue a peaceful and balanced life, and I see therapy as a valuable tool in this process.
