As a therapist, I specialize in working with young adults and couples who are navigating sexual health, life transitions, anxiety, family dynamics, and relationships. I tend to have a more direct approach with my clients, while also adding in humor and a space that allows for support and strength. I am an avid ally of the LGTBQIA+ community and am able to create an environment that empowers and upholds clients as who they are! I believe in developing the mind-body connection in order to help clients understand themselves in a better light and in creating skills that empower clients. I would be honored to accompany you on your self-discovery journey and in creating a life that is fulfilling, vulnerable, and authentic. I work with young adults and couples.
