Maddie earned her master’s degree in social work from the University of Minnesota in 2012. She enjoys working with clients through a variety of mental health symptoms and challenges, including life transitions, career issues, anxiety, depression, grief and loss, trauma, sexual wellness, interpersonal relationships, and perfectionism. She works to promote insight, healing, self-compassion, skill-building, self-esteem and confidence, and prioritizes meeting the unique needs of each individual in a safe, warm, affirming environment. Maddie is certified in Narrative Therapy, which places the client as the expert of their own life experience. She is fully trained in EMDR therapy for those who have experienced trauma. "I believe that every person has the innate ability to heal themselves. I am honored to walk alongside my clients on that journey."
