Introduction

If you've ever struggled with this question, welcome to Skyway Counseling. A skyway is something that connects two points with an obstacle in the middle. There are multiple dynamic factors that make up our overall self. Your story is unique. Every past triumph and trauma, victory and loss, conscious and unconscious thought comes together to affect and motivate us in the present. Sometimes these factors work collaboratively and other times we find them at war with each other. Our goal is to help you build your own skyway to connect all the parts of you together. Whether you’re dealing with depression, anxiety, stress, trauma, or just having a rough patch, we know you are capable of navigating these obstacles. We will provide you with a safe and open space where you can explore your thoughts and feelings - both wanted and unwanted. We believe that the counseling relationship should be honest, encouraging, nonjudgmental, and collaborative. We will support and challenge you to uncover what’s lying beneath the surface so that you can better understand your authentic self.
