Introduction

Pregnancy, parenthood and fertility challenges can be so stressful and overwhelming it can be difficult to know how to manage all the emotions and intensity of the stress. It can feel like you're drowning! I would love to be there with you in the healing process. My passion is working with individuals navigating the perinatal (pertaining to the period between conception and 3 years postpartum) and parenthood stages of life. I also have advanced training in postpartum mood and anxiety disorders, traumatic birth experiences, pregnancy loss, reproductive trauma, assisted fertility stress and fertility challenges I utilize experiential, somatic, emotion focused, trauma focused and narrative techniques in my process. I love to implement EMDR. I am very practical and help clients to start implementing helpful techniques and perspectives from day one. The fact that you are seeking out help is incredible, it is not easy to put yourself out there! I want you to know that you are free & safe to decide if we are the right fit or not. Overall, my goal is to create a safe space to explore what is going on inside, implement helpful strategies and move towards a healthier place.
