Hi there! I am happy you’re here and I believe that therapy is a professional relationship and a personal relationship. Finding the right therapist is important for your growth! Therapy is hard and I am here to help support you on your journey - whatever that looks like. Some days it can be laughing, other days could be crying, yelling, or using the (not so) occasional cuss word to release our emotions. I work with attachment-based issues, complex trauma, chronic pain/illness, and women's issues. I utilize a variety of different approaches to best serve my clients. I offer a safe place to process your emotions and be authentic and vulnerable. All too often we are afraid of judgment so a judgement-free zone is important! While we all have an occasional bad day, we need extra support when those days turn into weeks and months. My goal is to help you feel supported while challenging you to grow into your best self.
