Introduction

Women I work with often report feeling "too self aware" for traditional talk therapy, find themselves in unhealthy patterns of thinking and relationships, and feel unsure of how to break free from habits that don't serve them. I have found that through the use of EMDR and IFS-informed therapy, I can help women improve their self esteem and to break away from harmful relationship and generational cycles.
