I use evidence-based practices, including CBT and ACT, to help people manage the symptoms of anxiety and depression. Once we’ve got those under control, we shift focus to creating a life where you can really thrive. A big part of that is helping you figure out what you truly want, not just what you think you should be doing. The thread that runs through all of my work is helping people be kinder to themselves. It’s harder than it sounds, especially when we live in a society that profits off self-criticism. I believe when people can build self-compassion and learn to trust themselves, they start making decisions based on their values and living a life that feels truly fulfilling. As a pre-licensed therapist under the supervision of a Licensed Professional Counselor Supervisor (LPC-S), I’m committed to maintaining access to quality care by offering services at a reduced rate through a sliding scale fee.
