Healing from trauma shouldn’t feel like another battle! Many of my clients feel overwhelmed by medical trauma, assaults, abuse, chronic stress, grief, or generational adversity. They often struggle with anxiety, panic, or feeling “stuck,” even after trying therapy before. I know how frustrating it is when people say to “just think positive” or force a new perspective when some things just are what they are, so I help clients move toward acceptance in a way that doesn’t feel invalidating. Together, we can build flexibility in the face of challenges and refocus on what truly matters! I take a holistic approach, integrating evidence-based trauma treatments like Progressive Counting, & EMDR, with creative & out-of-the-box strategies. Therapy with me isn’t just heavy processing. I balance deep work with humor, validation, & real talk. My clients appreciate that even when I challenge them, they still feel in control, heard, & empowered.
