Hey, my name is Mackenzie, but you can call me Max (I'm not much for formalities)! I'm glad you are here. Even taking that first step to look at possible therapists is a huge milestone! I am passionate about supporting people in reaching their goals - you may be looking for support in building confidence and setting boundaries, you may be looking for support in processing past trauma in a safe space, or maybe it is something entirely different. Either way, you are on the right track, therapy is an amazing tool at every life stage. I utilize a combination of treatment modalities to support people through navigating and processing daily life stressors, traumas, and other challenges. I am certified in Trauma Focused CBT and Parent Child Interaction Therapy (PCIT). I am also trained in EMDR, and have over 10 years experience working with adolescents and adults to improve their quality of life and learn skills to support them throughout life's ever changing days.
