Introduction

Sometimes it can feel impossible to find words that best express the thing we need to process. In these times, our struggles can feel invisible and silenced. As an Expressive Arts Therapist, I invite you to find your voice through creativity. You don't have to be "artistic" or "creative" to start. All you need is a willingness to meet yourself in a new way and someone who will support you along your path. I bring a love for the healing process and a passion for how expressive arts can offer you a new way to feel seen and heard. I specialize in Clinical Mental Health Counseling and Expressive Arts Therapy. In session, I draw on visual arts, poetry, movement, drama, and play as well as traditional talk therapy. My approach is client-centered, which means I will meet you wherever you are willing and able to begin. Whether you are experiencing depression, anxiety, effects of trauma, life transitions, attachment issues, relationship struggles, grief or loss, you are not alone. I offer authentic curiosity and commitment to helping you meet your goals. I look forward to supporting you along your journey of growth and self-discovery.
