As a therapist, I seek to create a warm, safe space for your growth + empowerment. I work in partnership with a diverse range of clientele on their mental health journeys, using evidence-based treatment and focusing on anxiety, obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD), depression and trauma among other areas. I see counseling as a trusted partnership, and utilize a trauma-informed, multiculturally competent Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) approach as well as Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP) therapy, the gold standard for OCD treatment. We could all use a little grace as we venture on our mental health journey, and often don't treat ourselves with the same compassion we gift to others. In counseling, we will also focus on realizing and growing your own personal values and the power of self-compassion.
