Wherever you are on your journey of seeking therapy, I’m happy you’ve made it this far! As a fellow human, I’ve had my struggles as well. So as a therapist, my goal is to see you, listen to you, and help you get back in your groove so you can live your life the way you deserve to live it. I am a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker, Master Accelerated Resolution Therapist and certified in Perinatal Mental Health. I have a passion for working with adults of all walks of life using modalities that are tried and true! I enjoy providing therapy to individuals who are struggling with life transitions, perinatal concerns such as birth traumas, stress, trauma across the lifespan, perfectionism, anxiety, fear of change, phobias, and more. With Accelerated Resolution Therapy, you can experience results quickly, often in just 1-5 sessions! Folks I’ve done therapy with describe me as personable and fun, while also getting down to business to help work through problems they come in with.
