Fernanda also has experience in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Jungian Therapy, Dialectical Therapy (DBT) skills, Play Therapy, DIR Floortime, PEERS certification, and Trauma Informed Care. She believes in building a trusting relationship that leads to the empowerment and growth of the person. She is passionate about normalizing healthy mental health collaboration and improving accessibility to mental health care for all. Fernanda enjoys reading, paddle boarding, traveling, and having adventures with her family in her free time.
