Specialties: Anxiety, Depression, Trauma, Grief, Life Transitions,

Introduction

I work with families and individuals to support them through difficult transitions, and facilitate them getting unstuck from their relational patterns that are no longer serving them well. I have a trauma focus, which means I explore the hurtful feelings and relationships individuals are overwhelmed by, where they feel stuck, and negative thoughts they can't get out of their head. I am certified in EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing.)
