Introduction

Hello! Welcome to my site. I think, since High School, I have always wanted to be a Therapist. I use many theories and therapy techniques but one , which has been highly researched, is CBT- Cognitive Behavioral Therapy. I am passionate that a changed mind set , changes your perceptions , and your perceptions ARE your reality! I would be honored to journey with you ....healing the past, working through your anxiousness or depression, helping you cope with trauma , or working towards reduction/extinguishing drug or alcohol use. Congratulations on taking the first steps towards a brand new reality!!!
