Introduction

Hello and welcome. Be curious. As a psychologist and practicing therapist, this is how I work and encourage people to view themselves and others for symptom relief and appreciable change. Much of depression, anxiety and discontent with self and others stems from unresolved issues and difficult life circumstances that can happen to any of us. These can be safely shared with an experienced, trusted therapist for better understanding and mutually developed roadmaps to change. From better understanding, an ability to make conscious and intentional change arises, providing relief and a better ability to experience joy and what you define as personal success and fulfillment. I specialize in adult psychotherapy, couples work to grow, strengthen, build and repair. I also work with families in collaborative divorce and co-parenting post-divorce, blended family issues, adolescent and teen therapy and all LGBTQA issues. I've been in practice for 15 years and received my Master of Science in Clinical Psychology in 2010. I hold a Limited License in Psychology, and have training in CBT, Emotionally Focused Therapy and Gottman method for adults and couples, and use various evidence-based methodologies, uniquely curated with each patient to best achieve mutually developed goals for treatment.
