I believe that the first step to change is hardest. Taking the step to reach out for help shows strength. No one is the same and no journey is the same. I believe that telling your story has the power to transform and heal you. I want to listen to your story and support you on your journey. I am nonjudgmental and believe that all behavior has a purpose. I look forward to walking alongside you as you journey on your unique path of healing.
