Low self-worth, lack of confidence, existential crises, unhealthy coping mechanisms, narcissistic moms, loss of libido, retirement blues, everyday stressors that feel like mountains, and other life transitions. Many many people struggle with these things and come to learn and use tools to help live differently. Operating from a lens that every person is unique, with no “one size fits all” approach, I utilize Solution Focused Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy ( ACT ), Mindfulness-based Cognitive Behavioral Therapy ( CBT ), and aspects of many other evidence based approaches. More than focusing on specific theory, I am oriented towards collaborative efforts, finding out together what modality works and building on that.
