I serve individuals from ages 13 and up who struggle with past trauma, depression, anxiety, and life adjustments. I am certified and trained in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Trauma Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy TF-CBT, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), and Brief Solution Focused Therapy. I am certified and trained to utilize as unique personality tool in my therapy practice ton assist individuals in gaining clarity and increased self awareness on the negative patterns impacting their thoughts, feelings, and behaviors and develop ways to change or challenge those negative patterns and develop a life worth living.
