Introduction

Hi! I'm Lynn and I am the founder of Empowered and Resilient Minds. I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker who works with clients from various stages of life who experience depression, anxiety, ADHD, learning disabilities, and relationship as well as emotional difficulties. Using a person-centered, strengths-based approach, I work collaboratively with clients to help them feel empowered to overcome difficult challenges and increase resilience. My practice is built on the value of dignity and worth of every person. I strive to understand clients within the greater context of their current life circumstances. Clients working with me will feel a supportive, non-judgmental, and compassionate atmosphere. Knowing the importance and value of the therapeutic relationship I offer a free initial 15-minute consultation to see if I’m the best therapist for you!
