Introduction

I believe that all individuals are uniquely gifted, have immeasurable purpose and value, and are all deserving of emotional, mental, spiritual wellness. I also believe that wellness is a lifelong journey filled with opportunities for healing and growth. We all have the raw materials for an authentic life but sometimes we need help figuring out what that means for us. I am committed to helping people find the answers they need by using counseling techniques that are unique to each individual. My primary tool is EMDR which is a proven method to help people heal from challenges and pain and find ways to find the freedom they desire. Together, at a pace you are comfortable with, we can work through some of the things that are causing you to feel stuck, anxious, sad, or lonely. I offer a calm, safe, teletherapy environment where we can begin building a trusting relationship that can help you access your strength and find the answers you are looking for.
