Introduction

Hi, I'm Lyndsey. I am a Licensed Professional Counselor in Missouri. I see individual clients and couples either in office and/or virtually. I have been practicing counseling since 2008 and in 2014 joined Focus on the Family as a contracted therapist for their Hope Restored Intensives. In 2020 I opened my own private practice: Cherry Counseling, LLC. In my clinical experience I am a Lead Intensive Therapist and Trainer for colleagues joining our team. Additionally, I am trained in trauma intervention. I am passionate about working alongside people moving toward feeling safe, seen, and understood, while pointing them to Jesus. My desire is to empower clients to learn and use the tools necessary to work through life’s ups and down and to connect with themselves and their most important others in a way that honors the Lord and creates a legacy of health and wholeness in their relationships. I have been married to my husband, Jeff, since 2006. Together we have 3 growing kids and reside in southwest Missouri.
