I specialize in helping individuals deal with anxiety and OCD. I use compassionate listening and evidence-based methods to help you take your life back. You will gain insight and skills to make the changes you want. I believe that building a strong relationship is the most important part of therapy. Through that relationship, we build trust so that you feel comfortable talking about the things you need to discuss. I use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy to target your harsh inner critic and Exposure & Response Prevention to target obsessive thinking and compulsions.
