I specialize in working with individuals suffering from Eating Disorders and complex trauma. I have a dietician on my team who specializes in treating eating disorders, and we are Health at Every Size (HAES) providers. We are able to provide collaborative care upon request. I utilize EMDR to help aid in recovery from Eating Disorders and complex trauma. I simply want to meet you where you are, empower you with the tools you need, and help you process the pain of the past and present.
