Hi, I'm Lydia. Becoming a therapist has been one of the most meaningful journeys of my life. Before stepping into this role, I spent 10 years as an educator, where I saw how much our community needed more mental health support. That experience sparked a passion in me to help others in a deeper way, and for the past three years, I've been honored to walk alongside my clients as they navigate life's challenges. I work with individuals facing depression, anxiety, stress, and anger, and I know how overwhelming life can feel. My goal is to create a space where you feel safe, understood, and supported.
