I am passionate about helping others identify their strengths and feel confident in conquering life and the many challenges we face daily. I have experience working with anxiety, depression, trauma, substance abuse, personality disorders, life transitions, communication, and relationship problems. I can offer support with these struggles through the use of holistic care, mindfulness, CBT, DBT, Emotionally Focused Therapy, and Trauma Informed Care, Flash Technique. I strive to see my clients from a strengths-based perspective to utilize their strengths for healing. Asking for help is hard and can bring up many emotions and questions.
