Luke is skilled in providing evidence-based approaches including: Trauma Informed Care, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Mindfulness, Creative Arts Therapy, and Psychodynamic Therapy to help support a client in treatment. Luke’s genuine authenticity and warmth takes the stage to help a client feel more comfortable. Luke has a tremendous ability to motivate others in therapy through developing a strong therapeutic alliance. He helps guide clients through self reflection and growth through validation and encouragement in vulnerability. Luke can truly find the value and strength of every individual he works with. Luke strives to create a safe non-judgmental environment where he can support you through life’s various struggles.
