Introduction

Brene Brown says: "If we really want to live a joyful, connected, and meaningful life, we must talk about things that get in the way.” -- There are times in our lives where we feel disconnected with ourselves, others, and the world around us, and instead of living with compassion, clarity, and calmness, we are stuck feeling overwhelmed, exhausted, hopeless, and angry. It's so hard to do that alone. I am passionate about helping you navigate this journey of self-discovery towards growth and healing. I believe every human being already has the capacity in them to grow and heal, but sometimes we lose touch with that, we forget that we can. I’m here to provide you a nurturing space, a listening ear, and a different perspective so that you can tap into that very inner strength of yours again. Together we can journey on returning back home to your authentic self. This means learning how to: connect wholeheartedly, feel confident, and live purposefully. I understand that therapy is a big and also scary, commitment. My role is to provide a warm and inviting atmosphere in which you feel safe to show up as you are. Contact me today for a consultation.
