Introduction

I specialize in trauma recovery using Brainspotting and Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART), approaches that allow clients to process and resolve traumatic memories rapidly and effectively. By combining ART with mindfulness-based techniques and somatic interventions, I help clients release emotional pain and reclaim their sense of safety and empowerment. For adolescents and young adults struggling with depression and anxiety, I navigate clients through Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), a skills-based approach that teaches practical coping strategies to manage intense emotions, improve relationships, and build resilience. Whether you're facing academic pressures, social challenges, or family conflict, DBT can provide you with the tools you need to thrive. In addition, I provide perinatal mental health support for individuals navigating pregnancy, postpartum, and infertility issues. From pregnancy loss and infertility struggles to postpartum depression and anxiety, I empathize with and advocate for compassionate and specialized care to support you through every stage of your journey to parenthood. I believe therapy is a collaborative process, and I am committed to creating a safe, nonjudgmental space where you can explore your thoughts and feelings, develop coping skills, and create positive changes in your life. I understand that taking the first step can feel daunting, and it takes courage to begin this journey towards healing. I'm truly honored to offer my support and guidance every step of the way. Reach out today to schedule a consultation, and together, we'll explore how I can best support you on your path to healing and growth.
