Introduction

I believe that every individual's life journey is worthy of respect, have the right to their own truth and that healing can be a deeply personal and enriching experience. I feel grateful to be a witness and guide in this process. I am honored to provide a compassionate, safe and supportive space as one explores the wounds and pain of their life. With 30 years of experience in mental health I understand the complexities of our emotions, feelings and thoughts and how they impact us as a human being. I bring a wealth of knowledge and life experience that informs my belief every individual has within themselves the seeds of wisdom and the inherent capacity to heal and grow. As a down to earth, inclusive and accepting therapist, I combine intuitive insight with practical strategies, drawing from my own lived experiences to support mental health and healing. I am committed to helping clients gain inner confidence, insight, wisdom, coping strategies and improvement in their quality of life.
