Introduction

Welcome! My name is Lucian, and I am glad you came. I have always been passionate about this line of work. I strive to create a safe space, filled with compassion and curiosity, so you can explore the truth about yourself. Only when the truth is discovered will you truly be free. Three of my favorite modalities that have been very effective for my clients over the past nine years are: Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution Focus Therapy (SFT), and Trauma Informed Therapy (TIT). CBT- will make you aware of how your thoughts, feelings, and behavior can influence each other. My goal is to help you change those negative thoughts so you can feel your way into behaving more acceptably. With SFT, I will invite you to explore what your preferred future might look like. Together, we will gather all the necessary facts and analyze the situation. Define the goal and clarify what success looks like. Identify the root cause of the issue. Determine what information is needed and where to find it. Decide on the most effective course of action. Then, implement the plan step by step. Trauma Informed Therapy- To be trauma-informed you must shift your focus to curiosity and ask the question, “What happened to me?” I will provide a safe space where you can feel safe and supported to express your feelings and related emotions. I do not believe in retraumatizing anyone, however, through autonomy, psychoeducation, behavioral changes, and resilience, you can harness your own healing, growth, and transformation. Yes! You have the power to heal, even if trauma has led you to believe you do not. Through therapy, I can help you build the life you so greatly deserve and long for. If that is what you are looking for, I am here for you.
