Introduction
Asking for help is never an easy decision, nor is it easy to find solutions on one's own. In this fast paced, competitive, and wild world that we live in, sometimes asking for help and finding those solutions requires additional guidance; that’s where I come in. My purpose as a therapist is to be a listener, a guide, and at times, a coach for others. I bring a non-judgmental and welcoming approach to therapy to help my client find new direction in their lives; whether they be an individual, a couple, or a family. If I achieve nothing else, what I want to do is provide a safe and comfortable environment for people to feel heard and understood.
