I am passionate about creating a safe and non-judgmental space for clients to explore their inner thoughts and move toward discovering their true selves. I am dedicated to supporting clients on their healing journey in the face of anxiety, depression, trauma, and other unexpected stressors. I utilize an integrative approach, drawing from Cognitive Behavior Therapy, Mindfulness-based interventions, Internal Family Systems, and Expressive Arts to tailor therapeutic interventions to meet each client’s unique needs. I was born in Miami, Florida to immigrant parents from Cuba and Venezuela. I am bilingual and I use a multicultural approach to honor my clients’ cultural identities. I graduated from the University of Central Florida with a Bachelor of Science in Psychology and a Behavioral Forensics Certificate. I chose to pursue my aspirations in the mental health field and graduated from Rollins College with a master’s in arts in Mental Health Counseling.
