I am a licensed mental health counselor. I am a non-judgmental, compassionate, humorous and empathetic therapist. I value a strong therapeutic alliance built on trust. My approach to therapy is holistic based on the mind and body connection. I utilize integrative approaches, person-centered therapy, strengths-based focus, cognitive behavioral therapy, multicultural therapy, mindfulness, and motivational interviewing.I specialize in many areas including anxiety, anger management, depression, couples therapy, personality/mood disorders, eating disorders, phobias, addiction, abuse, families and everyday life issues.
